We’re expanding—and we need a **Senior Full Stack Developer** who can lead by example and take ownership of our technical delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a small but growing team of developers
- Build and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and scalable backend systems
- Oversee deployments, DevOps pipelines, and VPS/cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design to deliver business value
- Enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices
- Balance leadership duties with hands-on coding and problem-solving

**Qualifications**
- 6+ years as a Full Stack Developer
- Experience leading/mentoring a development team
- Strong problem-solving mindset and architectural thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- English fluency required (German is a plus)

**Tech Stack Requirements**

**Frontend**:

- Next.js, React.js, Vue.js, or Angular
- HTML5, CSS (SASS/LESS), JavaScript (ES6+)
- State management: Redux, Vuex, or Pinia

**Backend**:

- Node.js (Express, NestJS), Python (Django, Flask), Ruby on Rails, or PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter)
- RESTful & GraphQL API development
- Microservices and monolithic architectures

**Databases**:

- SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase, Redis)
- Query optimization, indexing, data modeling

**DevOps & Infrastructure**:

- VPS hosting (DigitalOcean, AWS EC2, Linode, etc.)
- Web servers: Nginx, Apache, Caddy
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins
- Docker, Kubernetes, Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS)
- Security-first configuration (SSL, SSH, firewalls, fail2ban)

**Bonus Skills**:

- AWS Lambda, Firebase Functions
- Terraform, Ansible
- Network/hardware troubleshooting
