Supervise civil works carried out by contractors to comply with standard procedures.
- Assist the pre-handover team to check the list and handover of consumers.
- Handle problems that may arise in the civil technical scope, including conducting tests.
- Recheck the list of total items in detail.
- Make weekly report on contractor activities for the progress of work.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in developer or contractor in housing project
- Having knowledge in civil construction, working drawing, and structure material.
- Having knowledge to make RAB.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office, AutoCAD).
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.
