Warehouse Manager

**PT. Sinotrans Overseas Indonesia** is a leading Third-Party Logistics (3PL) and Freight Forwarding company in Indonesia, committed to delivering exceptional supply chain solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Warehouse Manager** to lead our warehouse operations across the **North Sumatera region**, based in Medan.

**Job Summary**:
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our warehousing facilities in North Sumatera. This includes managing daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement to meet and exceed operational targets and client expectations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in warehouse management within the logistics industry, particularly with **telecommunication infrastructure products**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement regional warehouse strategies and policies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee the daily operations of all warehouse facilities in North Sumatera, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and compliance regulations.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Implement and maintain robust inventory management systems, ensuring accuracy, minimizing discrepancies, and optimizing stock levels, especially for **telecommunication infrastructure products**.
- Collaborate with other departments, including transportation, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless end-to-end logistics solutions.
- Identify and implement new technologies and process improvements to enhance warehouse operations and service delivery.
- Develop and manage budgets for warehouse operations, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of warehouse facilities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with national and international regulations, including customs procedures and hazardous materials handling.
- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, key metrics, and operational achievements to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in warehouse management, with at least 3-5 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role within a 3PL or freight forwarding environment.
- **Proven experience managing warehouses that handle telecommunication infrastructure products or experience within a telecommunication infrastructure company is highly preferred.**:

- Proven expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant logistics software.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles, Lean Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- **Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.**:

- **Willingness to be placed and reside in Medan, North Sumatera, and manage warehouses across the region.**:

- **Willingness to work under an outsourcing employment status.**:

- **Flexibility to work in 3 shifts and/or long hours as required by operational needs.**:

- Willingness to travel frequently to various warehouse locations across North Sumatera.
- **Ability to join immediately is highly advantageous.**
