**Job Descriptions**:

- Make an accurate calculation of the Budget Draft (RAB) including the calculation of work plus or minus.
- Check and ensure the availability of a budget for the proposed work, including submitting a budget transfer and supplements if needed.
- Collect and check all tender documents and contract administration.
- Submitting tenders, starting from RAB, online RAB, increasing workflow and FPT to TRM.
- Regularly monitor and updating on matters that can affect costs (such as: materials, prices, etc.).
- Check / review additional / less work.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree preferably majoring in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineer.
- Minimum 5 years of working QS experience in Developer Company or Contractor.
- Computer literacy (ability to operate MS Office, Autocad and QS Application).
- Having knowledge to identify differences between tender drawings and construction drawings.
- Willing to be placed in BSD.
