Senior Claims Executive

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Processing team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Jakarta. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
**We will count on you to**:
- Review and understand incoming documentation and new claims notifications, informing all relevant parties of any potential problems or contentious claims.
- Identify which policies or parts of the coverage may be affected by incoming medium value claims from middle-market to large clients, seeking validation and advice where necessary.
- Determine coverage for incoming claims of medium complexity and size, utilising your knowledge of policies and communicating with Underwriters to manage claims effectively.
- Review escalated issues related to claims processing, providing resolutions or deferring to Claims Advocates for technical expertise.
**What you need to have**:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in claims processing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and claims management processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to analyse and resolve issues related to claims processing.
