**Qualification Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in marketing and communication roles.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills to lead teams and coordinate various marketing projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- In-depth understanding of industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Ability to analyze data to measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new developments in the marketing industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and multitasking environment.
- Dedication to maintaining accuracy and consistency in all marketing materials produced.

Pay: Rp1,500,000,000 - Rp3,500,000,000 per month
