Insan Cendekia Madani Boarding School Development is an Islamic school that has made various strategic steps to nurture talented graduates from noble characters in the teachings of Islam. Therefore, we are looking for a **Public Relation Staff **with the following qualifications.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Female
- Age around 25-35 years old
- At least 2 years of working experience in the public relation field.
- Have experience in handling public relation activities such as media relations, promotions, data analysis, press release, etc.
- Have experience working closely with media, communities and other related parties.
- Excellent customer service & customer relation skills
- Excellent analytical skills and computer literate especially Ms. Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess strong Islamic characters
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Willing to Work From Office (WFO) in Ciater, Serpong, South Tangerang

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Become a bridge of communication between school and external parties such as public, customers, media and other related parties
- Plan, design and create press release
- Build company / school brand identity and public awareness about the company / school
- Manage the school’s reputation by making various kinds of programs, such as crisis management and conducting research regarding public views of the company
- Developing communication strategies to improve the image of the company / school
- Evaluate and plan strategic school relations with customers / community
- Conduct research or provide ideas related to the company / school progress and development strategy
- Making data analysis about public relation activities, such as media analysis (online and printed media), events, promotions etc
- Presenting and maintaining the school image in the community or public
- Developing programs for school advertisement and promotions
- Able to report his/her work to their manager accordingly (giving analysis, not only providing data)
- Support and join in every Marketing Division activities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp5,500,000 per month
