Circular Economy Officer

Support Head to manage the daily program management and to achieve the standard KPI on project operations: Budget Versus Actual (BVA), on time reporting and other related KPI as required.
- In collaboration with Upstream and Downstream team, develop and implement strategies to ensure clear guidance for the quality project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strategies for an effective monitoring, evaluation and reporting systems (including documentation of activities), to ensure the effectiveness of project implementation.
- Be the point of person in organizing the implementation of the Circular Economy project activities in the field - In coordination with Upstream, Downstream and Project Consultants/ partners
- Plan and organize the day-to-day implementation of project activities (will include preparing of workshops/meetings/events and monitoring of team work plans) to ensure the effectiveness and good quality of project interventions.
- Organize consultative and planning meetings
- Monitor and evaluate the day to day project implementation of all activities to ensure that activities are delivered in line with the allocated budget and resources.
- Conduct regular visits to program implementation areas, gather learning and feedback to inform discourse and plans for the project, the local government and related stakeholders
- Establish, maintain and strengthen relationship with stakeholders related that partnership is targeting.
- Work closely with Head to obtain support from other departments/ stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
