**Job Title**: AWS AI Developer for Cloudetica Solutions (Remote, Casual/Part-time position)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- AI/ML Experience: Strong experience deploying and managing machine learning models on AWS SageMaker, such as anomaly detection, classification, regression, forecasting, NLP, and computer vision.
- End-to-End AI Pipelines: Proven ability to build scalable AI/ML workflows, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, inference, and monitoring on AWS.
- Cloud Integration: Experience integrating AI models with AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, Step Functions, and Glue for automation and deployment.
- Performance Optimization: Ability to optimize AI workloads for cost-efficiency, scalability, and low-latency performance on AWS infrastructure.
- Programming & Frameworks: Proficiency in Python with experience using machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face.
- Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex AI/ML concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

**Qualifications**:

- Required:_
- **Technical Expertise**: Proficiency in AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudFormation.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to clients.
- **Development Practices**: Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Preferred:_
- AWS Certification: AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate/Professional.
- LLM Fine-Tuning & RAG: Familiarity with fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) on AWS and integrating retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques into AI workflows.
- MLOps & CI/CD for AI Models: Experience with SageMaker Pipelines, Amazon CodePipeline, or custom CI/CD for AI deployments.
