Manulife Indonesia Risk Management is responsible as a second liners of Risk Management. This position is responsible for Operational Risk Management. Support initiated re-engineering projects for all Control support systems. Participate in audit control processes to assess risk mitigation and identify where additional controls are needed. **We are looking for someone with**:

- University Degree Graduated
- Minimum 4-6 years Control or related business experience including progressive business analysis experience
- Clear understanding of Control Frameworks and methodologies
- Ability to allocate time efficiently; handle multiple demands and competing priorities
- Ability to gather information systematically; uses accurate logic in analysis
- Ability to convey information clearly and effectively through both verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills - Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change
- Communicates clearly with all onshore and offshore support Decision

**Nice to Haves**:

- Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

**On the job you will**:
1. Assist the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in updating and monitoring the Risk Management policies/procedures to ensure Indonesia operates within the MFC Operational Risk Management framework, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) requirements, and MFC risk policies
2. Lead in the preparation of the board meetings
3. Assist or lead the preparation of the Quarterly Risk Report (AJMI, DPLK, Syariah)
4. Assist or lead in establishing and maintaining the business units’ Risk Register/Risk and Control Assessment
5. Lead the OJK reporting preparation (including syncing all the OJK reporting to ensure they deliver consistent information)
6. Assist or lead in risk oversight of DPLK and/or Shariah
7. Conduct training to increase risk awareness on enterprise and operational risk.
8. Monitor and report the Risk Champions’ KPI as needed
9. Maintain good working relationships with the business units (including assist in providing advisories)
10. Attend the risk related committees as required (example: Project Committee, Product Committee, etc)
11. Present in part of risk committees or senior management meeting
12. Participate in any Company projects or other risk management initiatives based on the assignment from the CRO
13. Assist Regional ERM/ORM in the implementation of risk related initiatives
14. Contribute to the operational risk reporting process such as loss incidents, scenario analysis, project risk register, and other reporting as required by Regional ORM
15. Monitor the outstanding audit, risk and other issues and ensure that the outstanding issues are closed by the business units timely.
