Requirements (**Note**: Applicants without this specific experience will not be considered.):

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in game development using the Unity Engine and C#.
- **Multiplayer Development**: At least 2 years of experience with Unity multiplayer projects using Unity Netcode for GameObjects (NGO) or UNet.
- **Published Work**: At least one industry game published using Unity NGO Multiplayer. Include a link to the game, ensuring the server is online for testing.
- Must have **hands-on experience with Google Play Console and App Store Connect,** including publishing mobile games from initial release to updates. Should be proficient in setting up A/B testing, as well as managing internal and external releases. Familiarity with the entire publishing pipeline in the context of game development is required. Knowledge of iOS and Android release guidelines and policies is essential.

**Skills**:

- **Cloud Platforms**: Proficient with DigitalOcean, including Linux server setup, security, and maintenance.

Must be capable of independently handling game server issues.
- **Security**: Ability to implement game server security with session and token-based authentication.
- **Networking**: Familiar with RESTful APIs and data transfer using WebSockets, UDP, and TCP.
- **Blockchain Knowledge** (Advantage):
Hands-on experience with blockchain-based game projects. Provide references to previous blockchain projects.
- **Portfolio**: Proven portfolio of completed games, including at least one published mobile game on Google Play or the App Store.
- **Programming**: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).
- **SDK Integration**: Experience integrating various SDKs into Unity mobile games (e.g., Firebase, WalletConnect, Game Analytics).
- **Code Structure**: Skilled in optimizing code for development speed and maintainability.
- **Optimization**: Experienced in game optimization techniques, particularly in audio management.
- **3D Modeling**: Familiar with basic 3D modeling and animation optimization.

**Education**:

- **Degree**: Must hold a diploma in Computer Studies or a related field.
