**Role of Purposes**:
ATI Business Group is looking for Ticketing Staff to support our clients. If you are passionate in the Travel industry with prior experience in GDS with good communication in English and Japanese.

**Responsibilities**:

- Compute ticket costs and issue/reissue tickets.
- Ensure ticketing targets are met each day, completed accurately, and to the satisfaction of the customer.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Having work experience in the Airline or Travel industry as ticketing staff is preferable.
- Fresh graduate(s) are welcome.
- Fluent in English (Speaking, Listening, and Writing)
- Japanese language skills: Japanese Business Level or JLPT N3 in actual
- Willing to work with shifting and roster arrangement (able to work shifts that include days, nights, and public holidays).
- Willing to work at Gambir, Jakarta Pusat and/or at North Point, BSD
