Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Scrub Nurse, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Scrub Nurse will assist surgeons in the operating room, ensuring a sterile environment and preparing necessary instruments and equipment. Responsibilities include supporting orthopedic and general surgical procedures, maintaining patient safety, and collaborating with surgical teams to provide optimal care throughout procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Nursing and Medicine, with a thorough understanding of patient care and medical protocols
• Experience or strong knowledge in Orthopedic Surgery and Surgery
• Prior experience working in an Operating Room, including maintaining a sterile field
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent qualification
• Knowledgeable about infection control practices and safety standards in surgical settings
