About the role

We are seeking an experienced System Analyst to join our team at PT. SIGMA GLOBAL TEKNOLOGI (SIGMATECH) on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide strategic, high-quality, and cost-effective analysis and system design services to our clients in the banking industry. Based in Central Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a key part in the implementation of technology solutions that drive business success for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Analyse and document business requirements, processes, and workflows to identify areas for system improvements
  2. Design effective and efficient system architectures and solutions to meet the needs of the banking industry
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure successful system implementation
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  5. Test and validate system functionality to ensure it meets specifications and user requirements
  6. Document system designs, configurations, and processes to support ongoing maintenance and enhancements
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions

What we're looking for

  1. 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably in the banking industry
  2. Strong technical skills in system design, data modelling, and process analysis
  3. Proficiency in conducting business and systems requirement analysis
  4. Can join ASAP in December 2025
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  6. Experience in project management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
