Job Description:
  • Develop and manage BIM (3D) models for Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) systems using Autodesk Revit.
  • Produce design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings based on BIM models.
  • Perform model coordination and clash detection with other disciplines (Architecture & Structure).
  • Ensure BIM models comply with project specifications, standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain and update BIM models and drawing documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with engineers, drafters, and project teams regarding design changes and revisions.
  • Support BIM implementation in planning and construction processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum SMA/SMK/Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a BIM Modeller / BIM Drafter (MEP).
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and strong understanding of BIM 3D concepts.
  • Able to prepare and read Design, Shop, and As-Built Drawings.
  • Good knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection, etc.).
  • Experience in clash detection (Navisworks is an advantage).
  • Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work under project deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willing to be assigned to project sites as required by the company.
