Responsibilities

Leaders who execute our business strategies:

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business goals. Exercise decision-making authority as delegated by the company and take full responsibility for the results.
  2. Collect and utilize essential information across the Group, Department, and Division, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of all divisional operations.
  3. Continuously identify "Kaizen Points" across Group, Department, and Division tasks or business models, and implement effective countermeasures for improvement.
  4. Deeply understand the Company's strategy (Hoshin), support the development of the Division's strategy and long-term vision, and contribute to the achievement of divisional objectives.
  5. Foster people development by sharing knowledge with junior staff and subordinates, contributing to the growth of the Group, Department, and Division.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in management or senior management roles within the procurement or supply chain industry.
  2. Strong understanding of Management and Operational Control, with solid financial acumen — including budget management, profit and loss management, balance sheet control, foreign exchange management, and risk analysis — as well as familiarity with relevant Indonesian regulations (e.g., customs) related to clients business operations.
  3. Demonstrated leadership capability and experience in HR development, including talent acquisition, employee development, and building a productive organization.
  4. Proficiency in English is essential. Japanese language ability is an advantage.
