Role Description

This is a position located in Bandung - West Java for a Head Dermatologist at Aesthetic Derma Centre. The Head
Dermatologist
will oversee and manage medical operations, lead dermatologist teams, and ensure the highest quality of patient care. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients, developing treatment plans, overseeing treatment and clinical procedures, and staying updated on the latest advancements in dermatology and aesthetics. The role requires close collaboration with the management and other medical staff to maintain professional practices and ensure compliance with medical protocols.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with a valid license to practice and specialization in dermatology or aesthetic medicine.
• Expertise in diagnosing dermatological conditions and performing a variety of aesthetic treatments.
• Leadership, team management, and decision-making skills to effectively guide a clinical team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and staff.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated on advancements in dermatology and aesthetics.
• Attention to detail and adherence to medical ethics and safety standards.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a medical or aesthetic clinic is a plus.
