  • Ensure adherence to building codes (KDB, KLB) and zoning laws

  • Manage technical permits (IMB, SLF, etc.)

  • Mentor junior architects in technical competency growth

  • Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies

  • Implement sustainable design principles and emerging construction technologies
