What You'll Do:

As a
Content Creator Intern
, you'll be the creative engine behind our short-form videos — producing 5 videos per day for TikTok and Instagram Reels. You'll help bring parenting stories to life in a way that's fun, relatable, and viral-ready.
Your key responsibilities:

  • Create and edit daily short-form videos (TikTok/Reels) that align with brand tone and goals.
  • Research trending sounds, concepts, and challenges — and
    remix
    them into creative content ideas.
  • Write quick, catchy scripts or outlines for relatable mom and baby content.
  • Shoot and edit videos using your own smartphone (CapCut or similar mobile tools).
  • Collaborate with other departments to refine creative direction and maintain content quality.
  • Monitor engagement metrics to understand what works and continuously improve.

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently an undergraduate or final-year student in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • Active user of TikTok or Instagram Reels, you enjoy exploring trends and understand what makes content engaging.
  • Interested in short-form storytelling and eager to experiment with creative video ideas.
  • Basic video editing skills using mobile apps like CapCut or similar.
  • Comfortable in front of the camera for content related to mom & baby products.
  • Have a smartphone with a clear camera, enough storage for daily shoots, and capable of running basic editing apps.
  • Curious, agile, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Willing to work full-time (hybrid)
  • Attach a portfolio showcasing your previous content creation work
