Kualifikasi:

  • Minimal S1 Teknik Elektro (lebih baik jika dari universitas terakreditasi)
  • Pengalaman sebagai Electrical Estimator Engineering Min. 3 tahun
  • Pengalaman di estimasi proyek electrical/explosion-proof lebih disukai.
  • Menguasai Excel advanced, AutoCAD (nilai tambah Dialux/Relux).
  • Memahami standar IEC 60079, IEC 60529, PUIL, SNI.

  • Mampu bekerjasama dengan tim estimator.

  • Perencanaan dan pengawasan instalasi kelistrikan.

  • Familiar dengan standar kelistrikan nasional (SNI) dan internasional (IEC, IEEE)
  • Bersedia join ASAP dan bekerja di HO PT. Helon Internusa Flamindo (Hari kerja Senin - Jumat pukul 08.00 s/d 17.00)

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

  • Terlibat dalam fungsi estimasi teknis proyek electrical explosion-proof.
  • Menelaah dokumen tender, membuat MTO/BOQ & RAB.
  • Melakukan cable sizing, voltage drop, dan pemilihan produk Ex-proof.
  • Menyusun compliance matrix, dokumen tender, dan perhitungan harga.
  • Menjaga akurasi costing, dan koordinasi dengan Sales, Engineering, dan Purchasing QC kalkulasi dan memastikan SLA estimasi terpenuhi.

  • Kepemimpinan dan komunikasi yang kuat
  • Kemampuan negosiasi dengan vendor dan klien
  • Problem solving dan pengambilan keputusan cepat
  • Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan deadline ketat

Tools & Software Pendukung :

  • Microsoft Project atau Primavera

  • AutoCAD (untuk membaca gambar teknik)

  • Microsoft Excel (untuk estimasi biaya dan laporan)

  • Familiar dengan software SCADA, PLC, atau sistem kontrol (nilai tambah)
