Job Description :

"Requirement Control Room Technician – Offshore (Ringkas)

Pendidikan: SMK/D3 Teknik (Instrumentasi/Elektro/Mesin).

Pengalaman: 1–3 tahun sebagai Control Room Operator/Technician atau teknisi offshore.

Sertifikasi: BOSIET/TBOSIET, HUET, Medical Offshore; PTW/Area Authority (nilai tambah).

Kemampuan Teknis:

Mengoperasikan DCS/SCADA/PLC di control room.

Monitoring operasi proses, alarm, dan parameter produksi.

Koordinasi dengan tim lapangan untuk troubleshooting.

Memahami HSE, emergency response, dan prosedur operasi offshore.

Soft Skills: Komunikasi jelas, analitis, tenang saat kondisi darurat, teamwork.

Kesiapan Kerja: Bersedia roster & ditempatkan di platform/FPSO offshore."
