Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Specialist located in BSD, Tangerang Regency. The specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating and managing leads, and fostering relationships with potential and existing clients. Additionally, the role involves preparing and presenting proposals, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the development of sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and secure potential business opportunities
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in conducting analysis using Analytical Skills for informed decision-making and strategic planning
- Experience in business development or sales is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree from any field
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Fluency in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and/or Mandarin is preferred
