Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gili Trawangan, Lombok for a Food & Beverage Manager. The Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensure quality service standards, manage supplies and inventory, lead a team of staff, and maintain close coordination with other departments. Responsibilities include planning menus, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, analyzing pricing, and monitoring customer satisfaction to improve service and experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a leader in Food & Beverage / Lifestyle Entertainment companies (i.e. Beach Club, Night Club) and/or international chain resorts in food and beverage management, menu planning, and hospitality operations
  • Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Expertise in quality control, customer service, and health and safety compliance
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost controls, and profit optimization
  • Ability to monitor market trends and implement innovative solutions for improvement
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience managing food and beverage operations in a similar setting is a plus
  • Food Safety or HACCP certified is a plus
