About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales G1rl at Shisha lounge to join the team at PT Hookah Place Partnership in Bali. This full-time role involves engaging with customers, promoting and selling shisha products, and providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
- Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the best shisha products to meet their preferences
- Demonstrate and educate customers on the proper use and benefits of shisha products
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area to create a welcoming environment for customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of shisha products
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on the use and benefits of shisha products
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the business
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
