We are looking for Finance & Accounting Supervisor with criteria:

  • Min. bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Experienced more than 7 years in similar position, preferably in education industry
  • Strong in communication skill and budget planning
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems as well as advanced Excel skills

Job Descriptions:

  • Financial reporting by oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts in compliance with accounting principles and regulations
  • Develop and manage the budgeting process, collaborate with department heads for budget allocation, and provide financial forecasts and analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, or risk mitigation
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
  • Coordinate and facilitate audits, providing necessary documentation and support
  • Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize cash utilization while maintaining liquidity and financial stability
