Role Overview:

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing performance marketing projects, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining high-quality deliverables. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating mandate reports and Clockify reports to ensure smooth operations and performance tracking. If you have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for digital marketing, we want to hear from youKey Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing multiple internal and client projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to maintain efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues proactively.
  • Generate and manage mandate reports and Clockify reports.
  • Create and manage CDF (Campaign Data Files) and NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements).
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend improvements.
  • Develop clear and functional pathways to project success.
  • Attend client meetings, take minutes, and action all into workflows with senior and junior workforce.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing concepts and tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Clockify, project management software).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset.
