Kualifikasi :Minimal S1Minimal > 5 tahun pengalaman di bidang kredit/pembiayaan, khususnya pembiayaan multiguna atau pembiayaan kendaraan bermotor.Minimal 3–5 tahun pada posisi manajerial (Manager / Senior Manager / Head / GM Kredit).Berpengalaman mengelola volume pembiayaan besar dan tim kredit skala nasional/area.Pemahaman mendalam mengenai proses kredit, analisa kredit, dan manajemen risiko.Memahami regulasi pembiayaan (OJK) dan praktik pembiayaan multiguna.Leadership kuat, tegas, dan mampu mengambil keputusan strategis.Berorientasi pada target (result-oriented) dan perbaikan berkelanjutan.Mampu bekerja lintas fungsi dengan Sales, Risk, Collection, dan IT.Job Description :Menyusun dan mengimplementasikan strategi kredit untuk meningkatkan penyaluran pembiayaan secara berkelanjutan.Mengendalikan seluruh alur proses kredit mulai dari pengajuan, verifikasi, analisa, approval, hingga pembiayaan / pencairan dana ke konsumen.Memastikan proses kredit berjalan cepat, akurat, dan sesuai dengan SLA/lead time yang telah ditetapkan.Mengontrol kualitas portofolio kredit, termasuk approval rateMemimpin dan mengembangkan tim Kredit, termasuk Credit Analyst, Credit Approval, dan fungsi pendukung.Berkoordinasi dengan tim Sales/Marketing/Collection untuk mendukung pencapaian target pembiayaan yang sehat.
