About the Role

Luxfeline Global Technology is opening a high-level opportunity for a professional and experienced Mandarin Translator to support Chinese-speaking management across business operations, strategic meetings, and cross-department communication.

This is not an entry-level role.

We are looking for someone who is confident, accurate, fast, and highly fluent in Mandarin, capable of performing real-time translation in a dynamic business environment.

HSK Level 4–6 is required.

Only candidates with proven experience working with Chinese executives, teams, or companies will be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide real-time oral interpretation during meetings, calls, presentations, and on-site activities.
  • Translate business documents, messages, agreements, and operational notes.
  • Assist Chinese-speaking directors with communication to local teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all translations.
  • Support cross-department coordination to ensure smooth operations.
  • Help bridge cultural understanding between Chinese and Indonesian teams.

Requirements (Strict)
  • Fluent Mandarin (speaking & listening) — must be excellent and confident.
  • HSK 5 or 6 required (active proficiency).
  • Good command of English & Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as a translator/interpreter — not open for fresh graduates.
  • Must have previous experience working with Chinese managers, teams, or companies.
  • Strong verbal interpretation skills; fast and accurate translation ability.
  • Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to work on-site at Baywalk Mall, Pluit.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in trading, e-commerce, manufacturing, or multinational companies.
  • Capable of handling both formal corporate translation and informal daily communication.
  • Comfortable working closely with management-level personnel.
