Site SPV

Job Requirement:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
2. 2+ years of experience in telecom OSP / FTTH / fiber network projects.
3. Familiar with OSP construction activities such as trenching, ducting, cable pulling, splicing, and reinstatement.
4. Able to read and understand basic OSP drawings and work instructions.
5. Strong site coordination and communication skills.
6. Willing to work onsite and travel within the assigned region.
7. Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Job Responsibility:

1. Supervise daily on-site activities for OSP projects, including survey, construction, restoration, and rectification works.
2. Monitor project progress, quality, and safety to ensure compliance with approved design, customer standards, and HSE requirements.
3. Conduct regular site inspections and report site conditions, risks, and issues to the Project Manager.
4. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure proper manpower deployment, material usage, and work sequencing.
5. Verify work completion status and support site acceptance and punch-list clearance.
6. Assist in resolving on-site technical and construction issues in a timely manner.
7. Maintain daily/weekly site records, and progress reports.
8. Support disaster recovery, corrective works, and urgent site inspections when required.
