We are seeking a talented individual to join our FINPRO team at Marsh. This role will be based in Jakarta. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Develop and implement growth and client retention strategies.
  • Drive business development initiatives through RFPs, account penetration, and client prospecting.
  • Collaborate with insurers and reinsurers to enhance the Indonesia FINPRO Insurance market, increasing capacity and coverage options.
  • Contribute to broader Marsh strategic initiatives and work closely with other Specialty Practices in Indonesia.
  • Coordinate with the Claims Advocacy function to ensure exceptional service for clients facing insured cyber events.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to provide optimal resources and support to clients in Indonesia.
  • Utilize Marsh's leading digital tools to enhance client outcomes and experiences.
  • Address market challenges for brokers and clients, proactively resolving service issues reported by clients.

What you need to have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the FINPRO market or a similar specialist insurance line.
  • Established relationships with underwriters and a positive reputation within the insurance market.
  • Proven track record of excellence in client service and achieving growth-driven results.
  • Understanding of insurer profitability, market cycles, and the global reinsurance landscape.
