Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Banquet Captain located in Jakarta. The Banquet Captain will oversee and manage banquet events, ensuring that all operations run smoothly. Day-to-day tasks include supervising staff, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards in food and beverage presentation. The Banquet Captain will also be responsible for handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during events.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively
  • Food Service: Experience in food service operations
  • Customer Service: Strong skills in providing excellent customer service and handling guest inquiries
  • Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Food & Beverage: Knowledge of food and beverage management
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
