  • Memahami alur kerja sales modern retail dan channel distribusi elektronik.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan public speaking yang baik.
  • Memiliki smartphone dan mampu menggunakan aplikasi kerja (Office/Google Workspace, WhatsApp Group, reporting tools).
  • Memahami area penempatan dan mampu melakukan kunjungan ke toko sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Mampu menyusun materi training (produk, teknik penjualan, service, dan display).
  • Mampu bekerja mobile, aktif, dan siap melakukan coaching di lapangan.
  • Teliti, komunikatif, dan memiliki orientasi pada pengembangan kemampuan tim.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Menyelenggarakan
    training rutin
    untuk tim sales terkait:
  • Product knowledge (fitur, fungsi, keunggulan produk elektronik/HA)
  • Melakukan
    coaching on-the-spot
    di toko untuk memastikan materi training diterapkan dengan baik.
  • Menyusun dan memperbarui
    modul/materi training
    dalam bentuk presentasi, video, SOP, dan panduan lainnya sesuai kebutuhan.
  • Melakukan
    evaluasi kompetensi
    peserta training serta memberikan laporan hasil pelatihan.
  • Melakukan
    observasi lapangan
    untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan training dan memberikan feedback terhadap performa tim sales.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim Sales, Supervisor, dan HR dalam merancang program pengembangan yang mendukung pencapaian target penjualan.
  • Menyusun
    laporan training
    secara berkala (absensi, evaluasi, perbaikan, rekomendasi).
