Key Responsibilities (Execution & Quality Focus):

  • Lead Content Creation & Design:
    You will be the primary executor,
    creating all final Instagram, LinkedIn, and web visuals
    using tools like Canva and Framer.
    A strong, modern design aesthetic is non-negotiable.
  • Implement Strategy:
    Take full ownership of the existing "Marketing Bible" strategy (voice, messaging, target audience) and execute the daily, weekly, and monthly content calendar.
  • Quality Control & Authenticity:
    You are responsible for ensuring all client-facing content looks professional, custom, and
    never uses cheap templates.
  • Lead Generation & Funnel Management:
    Manage the social media funnels (Linktree/WhatsApp), own the auto-reply systems, and track basic growth metrics (qualified leads, engagement, site traffic).l
  • Website Maintenance:
    Maintain the front-end styling and functionality of our website.

Qualifications (Hands-On Skills Required):

  • Proven experience (
    2+ years
    ) in end-to-end digital marketing execution, ideally within
    premium real estate, design, or high-end hospitality.
  • Demonstrable portfolio of high-quality visual content
    (Instagram grids, Reels, or landing pages) is required for consideration.
  • High proficiency in Canva, basic photo/video editing, and web editing platforms.
  • Exceptional eye for minimalist, modern, and luxury design.
  • Experience in Web Design is a plus.
