Job Descriptions:

  • Involved in crop survey, input the data into the system, analyse, and prepare for the report to the management
  • Support in all RS coffee transaction/traceability/EUDR/Osapiens
  • Liaise with coffee suppliers
  • Communicator between Procurement Team and Sustainability Team
  • Maintain proper administration stuff in procurement department
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduated is welcome to apply
  • Basic English proficiency in both writing and verbal
  • Preferred having basic computer skills
  • Having experience on project, coffee product, certification program is a plus
  • Having good attitude is a must
  • Good personal skills such as communication, teamwork, self-motivation, proactive, and attention to detail, highly numerate, analytical, accuracy & tight deadline
  • An ability to prioritize, plan and organize work in a busy environment
  • An ability to do multitask, problem solving, fast learner and keep confidentiality
