About the Role

We're looking for a creative, independent, and driven Graphic Designer to join our team in BSD, Pagedangan.

You'll be responsible for the creative direction across four exciting brands:


• Coachee – Platform for coaches & wellness professionals


• Cos Café – Matcha cafe for matcha lovers


• Delapan Teknologi – IT consultancy helping businesses grow with tech


• Cosette Studio – Interior & Gordyn Fabrics brand combining function and design aesthetics

You'll focus on social media design, presentation decks, photography, and creative visuals — bringing each brand's personality to life with storytelling and style.

Responsibilities


• Design engaging social media content, decks, and marketing materials


• Plan and execute product or lifestyle photography (shoot & edit)


• Maintain consistent brand identity while exploring new creative ideas


• Work closely with marketing and management for campaigns and launches


• Deliver creative results with a sense of ownership and passion

Requirements:


• Fresh graduate or 1+ year experience in graphic design


• Proficient in Canva


• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere/After Effects a plus)


• Strong eye for layout, color, and visual storytelling


• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines


• You have your own drive, ambition, and creative initiative


• Passion for design, branding, and content creation

You must have your own equipment:


• Laptop (for design work)


• Mirrorless or DSLR Camera (for content & product photography) - Optional


• iPad – Optional (for sketching, illustration, or mockups)
