We're Looking for a Videographer to Join Our Collective

At Creative Journal, we don't just make videos — we tell stories that move.

We're a collective of creative storytellers, design virtuosos, and brand strategists who shape identities, amplify voices, and bring ideas to life through design, photography, videography, and digital experiences.

Now, we're looking for someone who's ready to capture moments that make brands feel alive.

The Role

Position:
Videographer (Full-time, On-site — Jakarta)

You'll plan, shoot, and edit video content that turns ideas into visuals worth remembering.

From crafting brand stories to producing social campaigns, you'll work with our creative and strategy teams to make every frame count.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in videography or video editing — but strong portfolios from fresh graduates are definitely welcome
  • Skilled in camera operation, lighting setup, and sound recording
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
  • Bonus points for After Effects or motion graphics knowledge
  • Strong sense of storytelling, rhythm, and composition
  • Organized, collaborative, and not afraid to experiment
  • Up to date with social and visual trends
  • Owning personal equipment? That's a plus

What You'll Do

  • Lead video production from concept to final edit
  • Capture campaigns, brand stories, and content that reflect each client's world
  • Collaborate closely with our creative team — yes, we actually enjoy brainstorming together
  • Manage video assets and maintain smooth workflows
  • Share ideas that push creative boundaries (we'll actually listen)
