About the company

Geekhunter is recruiting on behalf of our client, a local subsidiary of a global stationery company, offering an extensive selection of high-quality, ergonomically designed, and competitively priced products for educators, professionals, students, and home users.

Job Responsibilities 

Achieve GT (General Trade) sales targets in Kalimantan

Develop new distributors and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Identify and approach potential clients, leveraging own database/network.

Provide appropriate solutions in line with company's products and services.

Monitor and collect market intelligence: competitor activities, pricing, and product developments, and report insights to relevant departments.

Oversee customer credit limits and track utilization to ensure proper standing.

Lead, motivate, and manage a small sales team (1–2 direct reports).

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any major (S1).

Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in the Tools industry (Power Tools, Hand Tools, etc.), with good knowledge of products and market trends.

Strong B2C sales background, preferably with exposure to master dealers, distributors, and end-users.

Good communication skills, positive attitude, and high integrity.

Conversational level of English 

Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
