Penempatan di Kantor Cabang Bank yang bekerja sama dengan Zurich Topas Life, tugas utama sebagai sales & menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan klien.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Bertanggung jawab untuk membangun dan memelihara hubungan yang solid dengan staf bank untuk memfasilitasi kebutuhan nasabah dan bisnis
- Mengidentifikasi dan menjual produk asuransi sesuai dengan kebutuhan nasabah sekaligus mencapai target penjualan
- Memberikan pelayanan prima kepada pelanggan (existing dan potential) dengan menjaga hubungan yang erat dan mengelola portofolio
- Melakukan layanan purna jual kepada pelanggan, seperti menangani keluhan, melayani klaim, dan/atau perubahan kebijakan
- Memantau aktivitas promosi penjualan, acara klien, dan acara fokus group discussion di cabang
- Memberikan laporan harian
Kualifikasi:
- Minimal Diploma dari Universitas terkemuka
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai bancassurance
- Memiliki komunikasi dan kepribadian yang baik
- Dapat bekerja tim maupun individu, proaktif dan berorientasi pada target
- Memiliki penampilan profesional yang baik
