Dibutuhkan segera Profesional Chef yang memiliki passion dalam mengembangkan tim serta memastikan konsistensi rasa, kebersihan, efisiensi kerja tim kitchen. Dan siap tumbuh bersama kami di Potteria, berperan aktif dalam R&D menu baru serta improvement resep.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan min. SMA/SMK
  • Pengalaman di Kitchen min. 5 tahun atau telah menyelesaikan pendidikan/pelatihan di bidang makanan Asia.
  • Memiliki kreativitas dan passion di bidang Kitchen/Masakan Asia.
  • Terbiasa bekerja di restoran dengan traffic tinggi / antrean besar, mampu menjaga kecepatan layanan dan kualitas tetap konsisten.
  • Komunikatif, mampu public speaking, terbiasa melakukan coaching/training, dan berpengalaman dalam leadership (memimpin dan membangun super team)
  • Detail-oriented, disiplin terhadap SOP & tidak berkompromi dalam menjaga kualitas pelayanan pelanggan dan kualitas produk yang disajikan.
  • Memahami dasar manajemen inventory, COGS, dan standardisasi resep minuman untuk mencapai target profit serta efisiensi penggunaan bahan baku.
  • Memahami penggunaan kreasi bumbu dapur dan berpengalaman dalam R&D menu baru serta improvement resep.
  • Paham serta berpengalaman menangani komplain pelanggan secara langsung dengan pendekatan yang tenang, solutif, dan berorientasi kepuasan.
  • Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shifting sesuai kebutuhan operasional (08:00-01: enam) hari kerja dan 1 (satu) hari libur yang akan dijadwalkan antara hari Senin-Kamis.
