Cruise Crewing Staff

Responsibilities:
- To support Cruise Coordinators in completing their roles with Principal's vessels
- To assist with the collection of port information, port tariffs, port costs and other relevant information pertaining to local port cruise activities from branches and sub-agents.
- To coordinate the arrangements necessary in support of crew changes including visas, hotel bookings, transport and other related services.
- To assist with the coordination of the Principal's port booking requests and ensure they are processed in both Port booking systems and updated to company's internal schedule.
- To collate crew change information requirements for company compliance and documentation purposes
- To systematically organize collected data in the company's online data base and / or storage facility.
- To assist with Port360 and OneNote entries and data checking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from Shipping Academies,
- Good English verbally as well as written, Communication and Negotiation skill,
- 1-2 years experience in basic Shipping background, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge Shipping / Port Agency
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently with initiative, self-organiser
- Strong commitment to delivering excellence with strong focus on customer centric service excellence
- Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally as required
