About the role

PT Berkat Sumber Rizki is seeking a talented and creative Staff Creative to join our dynamic team. As a Staff Creative, you will play a pivotal role in developing visually stunning and impactful digital content that supports our company marketing and advertising strategies. This full-time position is based in North Jakarta, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conceptualise and design visually appealing digital assets such as social media content, website graphics and video editing, email newsletters, and other marketing materials
  2. Collaborate with the marketing and brand teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into cohesive and engaging visual concepts
  3. Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across various digital platforms
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of our digital content
  5. Provide creative input and support throughout the content creation and production process
  6. Work closely with the broader marketing and digital teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets that drive engagement and support our clients' goals
  7. Other ad hoc task given by the Manager

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related creative field from a Public University
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar digital design or creative role, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry
  3. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  4. Strong proficiency in Video editing
  5. Able to speak English as well as Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin
  6. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition
  7. Ability to translate complex ideas and brand guidelines into visually appealing and impactful digital assets
  8. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail
  9. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  10. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technology advancements
