Häfele Indonesia is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about visual communication, enjoys transforming concepts into compelling designs, and thrives in a dynamic environment. Experience in the building material or related industry is a strong advantage.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality visual content for both digital and print media, including brochures, catalogs, flyers, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Develop and execute design concepts aligned with the Häfele brand identity.
  • Support product marketing by creating product feature visuals, infographics, and layout designs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to produce materials for campaigns, events, exhibitions, and social media.
  • Prepare final artwork for production and ensure accuracy in specifications, layout, and color.
  • Maintain consistency across all design outputs and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Assist in updating marketing collateral and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in building materials, home appliances, or hardware industry is a plus).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills in layout, typography, branding, and marketing materials.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with photography, videography, or motion graphics is a plus.
  • Willing to be placed at Head Office, BSD.
