Are you looking for hands-on experience in industry? Join our internship program and get the opportunity to be hired as employee. This internship will give you valuable exposure to real business processes, direct customer engagement, and collaborative cross-functional projects.

About The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the sales process and ordering process. The ideal candidate will engage with customers and communicate on a daily basis, and also collaborate closely with our Supply Chain Management (SCM) and sales team. Additionally, this role will be involved in short-term projects that provide valuable hands-on experience.

What You'll Do:
  • Support the sales process and ensure smooth ordering procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver the best services to stakeholders.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including filing documents and ensuring all documentation is properly recorded in the system.
  • Participate in short-term projects as assigned by management.
  • Engage with customers and communicate on a daily basis with various stakeholders.
Who You Are :
  • Fresh graduate with a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, SCM or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interacting with customers and team members.
  • Experience operating data using Microsoft Excel (intermediate level required).
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and willing to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Agree to do internship for 6 months, location full WFO at Dipo Tower, Slipi, Petamburan.
