We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales and Marketing to join our team at PT Gapura Mas Logistics in North Jakarta, Jakarta. This full-time role focuses on promoting and offering our logistics services, including ocean freight, customs clearance, and trucking solutions. If you have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the logistics industry, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with us.

Qualifications:

  • Maximum 27 years old
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferable.
  • Preferably have 1-3 years of experience as a sales professional, ideally within the logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping industry.
  • Strong understanding of ocean freight, customs clearance, and trucking services is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Preferably have good written and spoken English for professional communication.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Preferably residing in or around North Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Promote and sell ocean freight, customs clearance, and trucking services to meet sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
  • Participate in marketing activities, such as trade shows, networking events, and promotional campaigns.
