About the position

Join our team at HITHINK TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA as Software Engineering Project Manager (Japanese or Mandarin Speaker). Job Desc Summary:

  1. The role oversees end-to-end project management, including:
  2. Management & Scope: Define project deliverables, manage scope changes, and align team/client expectations.
  3. Planning & Control: Develop, monitor, and adjust schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  4. Cost Management: Create budgets, control expenses, and address cost variances.
  5. Quality Assurance: Implement quality standards, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
  6. Risk Management: Assess risks, plan mitigations, and execute contingency measures.
  7. Procurement: Oversee procurement plans, vendor performance, and execution.
  8. Team Leadership: Build and lead teams, manage workloads, coach talent, and conduct evaluations.
  9. Stakeholder Communication: Develop communication strategies, engage stakeholders, and provide regular reports.
  10. Project Closeout: Conduct reviews and capture lessons learned.
  11. Commercial Support: Support sales in negotiations, contracts, and payments.
  12. Process Governance: Maintain PMO frameworks, policies, and workflows.
  13. Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle additional duties from leadership.

Qualifications:

  1. Full-time undergraduate or master's degree graduates, related to science and engineering, such as computer science, software engineering, big data, cloud computing, Internet of Things, network engineering, information, communication, electronics, etc.
  2. Fluent bilingual communication (Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing) in Japanese Language (Minimum JLPT N3) or English.
  3. Optional Language Requirements: Mandarin Language (Minimum HSK 4).
  4. Minimum 3-6 years of specialized experience, with managerial roles.
  5. Experience in managing projects cumulatively exceeding 300 person-months, or leading teams with 20+ members.
  6. Able to do business travel according to project needs.

  3. Knowledgeable in business etiquette protocols.
  4. Competent in training and presentation techniques.

  7. Advanced proficiency in project management tools utilization.
  8. Expert-level competence in office productivity software applications.
  9. Demonstrated mastery of client communication techniques.
