Job Responsibilities

  1. Be responsible for the relevant work of labor factory inspection;

  2. Supervise and inspect the implementation of various systems in each factory area, and rectify problems in a timely manner;

  3. Audit the factory inspection data monthly and quarterly, and follow up on the improvement of non-conformities.

  4. Sort out and keep relevant factory inspection materials;

  5. Annual audit summary;

  6. Understand the latest factory inspection information;

  7. Complete other tasks assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above, proficiency in Indonesian is preferred, majoring in Human Resources, Business administration or related fields;

  1. Be familiar with the requirements of labor laws and environmental safety and health regulations;

  2. Possess certain communication and coordination skills;

  3. Language proficiency: Indonesian, Chinese;English(will be a plus ).
