Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Mengidentifikasi titik-titik masalah dalam pengalaman pelanggan selama proses pengiriman produk perusahaan, menyusun rencana perbaikan, dan mendorong penyelesaian masalah.
- Menstandarisasi operasi layanan pelanggan di kantor pusat nasional dan kantor regional, serta mendorong penerapan kerja layanan pelanggan yang sesuai standar.
- Sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis di setiap tahap dalam departemen layanan pelanggan, melakukan pengelompokan pekerjaan uji layanan pelanggan secara terstruktur sebagai produk, serta memimpin pengujian, implementasi, dan promosi produk tersebut.
- Memastikan semua biaya layanan dapat dikendalikan.
Kualifikasi:
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja di kantor pusat (Head Office) di industri logistik minimal 3 tahun
- Memiliki pengalaman di Customer Service minimal 3 tahun
- Fasih berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Mandarin
- Memiliki kemampuan pengolahan dan analisa data
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas dan lembur jika dibutuhkan
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai leader lebih diutamakan
- Penempatan: Pluit, Jakarta Utara
