PT. Forward Business Solution (Naliavillas) is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil engineer to fill the position as site Project manager Immediately, to plan, supervise and overseeing Villa construction Projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, safe, and sustainable engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in in civil engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken (all of daily conversation will be conducted in English)
• 10+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, or a related field. With proven excellent track record references from previous employers.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, or equivalent tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) and reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Familiar with local building codes, permits, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Able to start within December month
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills
• Ability to manage stress and prioritize under pressure.
• Availability to work on-site or travel to multiple construction sites.
• Physically able to inspect construction sites when required.
• Creative, highly initiative, and able to work under deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willing to work from Monday to Saturday and
• Based in Lombok or willing to relocate to Lombok (Kuta, Pujut)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with site managers and other team members to develop engineering concepts and create detailed plans for civil engineering projects.
• Prepare detailed engineering designs, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Utilize engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design and project management tools to develop accurate plans, drawings, and project documentation.
• Conduct site visits and analyse site conditions, including soil type, topography, drainage, and existing vegetation, to inform design decisions.
• Prepare construction documents, including detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Manage the construction process, including contractor coordination, supplier and inventories coordination, and on-site supervision, to ensure that the design is executed according to plan.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets, and communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed of project progress.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and on-site challenges during project execution.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, standards, and best practices, and incorporate new technologies and engineering techniques into civil design and project execution

Qualifications

• Proficiency in engineering and design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Professional English knowledge (spoken/written)
• Willing to relocate and stays in Kuta, Lombok
• Ability to work in a team
• Complete Five years of relevant work experience
