Territory Salesperson (East Jakarta)

PT AKIMAX SERVICES INDONESIARequirements:

·       Candidate must possess at least a Diploma

·       Domiciled in East Jakarta to cover areas up to Cikampek

·       Have reliable car and a valid driver's license

·       Previous experience in field/territory sales in Jakarta or similar urban areas with similar industry is preferred (heavy equipment, automotives, logistics, manufactures)

·       Strong communication & negotiation skills

·       Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work well under pressure

·       Proven record of achieving sales targets

·  Comfortable communicating in English within the internal team

Job Descriptions & Skills Required :

·     The product is technical – must be able to understand and explain productspecifications to clients

·     Conduct daily client visits across the assigned area

·     Willing to attend meetings outside the territory when required

·     Good appearance, especially for client-facing roles.

·    Able to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle rejection professionally

·     Establish and maintain good relationships with customers

·    Familiarity with sales tools and basic IT skills (smartphone, Excel, CRM) to do simple reporting and forecasting

·    Ability to record visits, follow up, maintain client database

·     Accurate with documentation (orders, proposals, quotations).

·     East Jakarta is urban but traffic can be heavy → ability to plan schedule well
