Job Descriptions:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other IT equipment; including hardware (eg: POS) and software (ERP) for all opening stores or warehouses.
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Set up user accounts, email, and access permissions according to company policies.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Document issues, solutions, and support processes in a ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or vendors when needed.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper tracking and documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employees from a technology standpoint.
- Ensure all IT-related policies, procedures, and security standards are followed.
- Assist with software updates, patches, and routine maintenance tasks.
Requirements
